CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS AT THE COUNTY CLUB, GUILDFORD
The County Club has excellent conference and meeting facilities for 2 to 70 delegates at the heart of Guildford in Surrey. Nearby parking and a short walk to the train station makes this the ideal venue and meeting place. We have good green credentails recycling all paper, plastic, glass and cardboard waste throughout the club including waste left behind after conferences. All our rooms have natural daylight.
The Carroll Conference Suite
Pictured above is the Carroll Suite, the ideal venue for the smaller meeting that will seat up to 12 delegates boardroom style. Fully airconditioned it comes with a 50 inch Plasma screen and a flip chart pad and pens.
The Wodehouse Meeting Suite
The Wodehouse Suite will seat up to 36 boardroom style conference or 50 theatre style. Fully airconditioned it comes with a 60 inch Plasma screen and a flip chart pad and pens. Ideal as a training or conference room.
The Abbot Training Suite
The Abbot Suite will seat 12 boardroom style or 15 theatre style,this is ideal as a training room. It is fully air conditioned and comes with a flip chart pad and pens. It also makes an excellent breakout room for the Wodehouse Suite or welcome reception suite for serving teas and coffees.
The Doric Conference Suite
The Doric Suite is available weekdays from 4pm during week days and at weekends. The Doric is situated on the first floor with level access to the rear providing wheelchair access as well as convenience for bringing in equipment. There is a disabled toilet on this floor. This room will take up to 70 delegates theatre style and is the ideal venue for presentations, seminars and AGM's. Flip charts, data projector and a screen are available on site.
