Our fully trained staff have many years' experience of special occasions. The County Club offers excellent wedding services in Guildford, in the heart of Surrey. We are situated on Guildford's historic High Street, next door to the Holy Trinity Church and ¾ of a mile from the registry offices. We are only two minutes walk from the beautifully landscaped Castle grounds whose gardens lend the perfect air of romance for those all important photographs.
First Class Cuisine
The County Club will provide you with first class cuisine. Our Chef is
proud to offer you a tempting selection of menus that have been carefully
chosen to suit all tastes. Please contact our wedding co-ordinator for
details of vegetarian dishes or any other dietry requirements.
Stylishly Decorated Rooms
The County Club has a choice of four function rooms, our largest and most
impressive being the Doric Room, which is the jewel in the crown of the
Club. It has its own reception area for welcoming guests with access to
a charming courtyard that can be lit at night by lanterns and candles
to provide an enchanting atmosphere and great photographic opportunities.
The Wodehouse Room has exposed beams and is connected by double doors
to the Abbot room, which makes a superb reception area and commands views
of the High Street and the Surrey Downs from its bay window. The Carroll
room, our smallest function room, has a wonderful antique oval table that
seats up to 14 people and has a vaulted ceiling with the original exposed
beams.
